摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定冷轧厂氧化铁粉中Al2O3,B2O3,MnO,K2O,Na2O,MgO,P2O5,Cr2O3,CaO,SO4^2-,SiO2等微量组分的含量。选择了合适的分析谱线,确定了最佳测定条件,基体铁对测定有干扰,采用基体匹配方法消除。方法测定各元素的检出限范围为0.00001%~0.00080%。用于测定氧化铁粉标样中MnO,Al2O3,CaO,SO4^2-,SiO2,测定结果与认定值相吻合;用于测定一日常样品中的B2O3,K2O,Na2O,MgO,P2O5和Cr2O3,加标回收率在95.2%~104.7%之间;对一样品进行11次测定,相对标准偏差小于5%。The method for the determination of eleven trace components including Al2O3, B2O3, MnO, K2O, Na2O, MgO, P2O5, Cr2O3, CaO, SO4^2- , SiO2 in iron oxide powder from cold rolling factory by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is established. The analytical spectral lines are selected, and the determination conditions are optimized. The influence from iron matrix could be eliminated by matrix matching method. The range of detection limits for the components was 0.000 01%--0. 000 8%. The method has been applied for the determination of MnO, Al2O3, CaO, SO4^2- , SiO2 in iron oxide power standard samples, the results are consistent with the certified values. Moreover, the standard addition recovery is obtained in the range of 95.2%--104. 7% for B2O3, K2O, Na2O, MgO, P2O5, Cr2O3 in an ordinary samples, and the relative standard deviation is less than 5% for eleven determination of a sample.
