摘　　要：通过分析城市设计各阶段所需要的数字技术和数码城市GIS的特点,阐述了数码城市GIS应用于城市设计的意义和必要性;对数码城市GIS在城市设计中的应用范围和应用层次进行了详细分析,并介绍了部分应用实践,最后对数码城市GIS在城市设计中的应用发展趋势作出展望。Through an analysis of the digital technology and the traits of digital urban GIS required at different stages of urban design, this paper discusses the significance and necessity of various applications of digital urban GIS to urban design and provides some practical designs as well as its prospects.
