摘　　要：梁漱溟可谓现代中国思想史上最特立独行的思想家、社会政治活动家。在中国现代第三势力的人物谱系中,梁漱溟对宪政的"西方意义"、"中国意义"以及中国走上宪政之路的困境和出路均提出了自己独到而又深刻的见解,今天重温其思想,对我国社会主义民主法治建设大有助益。Liang Shu-ming can be regarded as a most independent thinker, and social and political activist in modern China. Liang Shu-ming brings up the concepts of the constitutional government with the Western and Chinese characteristics and has his unique and profound interpretation of China＇s approach to the constitutional government as well as its difficulties and solutions. His concept of the constitutional government has great significance to the democratic and legal construction of modern China.
