摘　　要：指出城市水安全问题已成为城市发展的主要制约因素。分析了城市水安全的重要意义及其所面临的问题,从整个水安全研究历程、区域和流域水安全研究、城市水安全研究几个方面归纳了国内外城市水安全相关研究和实践进展,并在此基础上总结出了目前城市水安全研究存在的主要问题,指出了应进一步从城市水安全的内涵与基本理论、城市水安全评价体系、城市水安全应急体系、水源区生态补偿机制、南方湿润地区的城市水安全等方面进行研究,并就这些方面的主要研究内容进行了分析。This paper analyzed the significance and problems of urban water safety which is the main restriction in urban development. It summarizes the researches and practices of urban water safety home and overseas from the aspects of comprehensive water safety, regional and basin water safety and urban water safety. It points out the major problems in current urban water safety study and presents that efforts should be made for further study in the aspects of connation and theory of urban water safety, evaluation and emergency system, ecological com- pensation mechanism for water source area, and the urban water safety in moist area of south China. Also it analyzes the research contents in those aspects.
