摘 要:利用熔融共混法制备了苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)/高胶粉/有机硅共混物,研究了高胶粉和有机硅用量对共混物力学性能和流动性能的影响。结果表明:随着高胶粉用量的增加,共混物的冲击强度提高,流动性能下降,当高胶粉/SAN=30/70时,共混物综合性能最佳;当有机硅用量为0.2%时,共混物的刚性和流动性能变化不大,但冲击强度得到大幅度提高。Styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN)/high glue powder/organosilicon blend was prepared by melt blending technology. The effects of high glue powder and organosilicon content on mechanical property and rheological property of the composites were studied. The results show that: with the increase of the high glue powder content, the impact strength of the blend increases, the rheological property of the blend decreases, when high glue powder/SAN=30/70, the general property of the blend is optimum; when the organosilicon content is 0.2%, the impact strength of the blend is improved obviously, but it has little effects on the rigidity and rheological property of the blend.
