摘 要:利用原位复合法制备了聚苯胺(PANI/)/Fe3O4复合材料,运用紫外光谱、扫描电镜、四探针电阻率仪等测试方法研究了硅烷偶联剂KH-550对PANI/Fe3O4复合材料结构及性能的影响。结果表明:经KH-550处理后的PANI/Fe3O4复合材料的微粒不易团聚,其电导率比未经处理的PANI/Fe3O4复合材料高约1个数量级,且随热处理温度的升高,复合材料的电导率降低,由半导体变为绝缘体;KH-550影响PANI与Fe3O4之间的电荷作用,使复合材料的紫外光谱特征吸收峰产生了一定的位移。PANI/Fe3O4 composite was prepared by in-situ polymerization, the effects of silane coupling agent KH-550 on the structure and properties of PANI/Fe3O4 composite were studied by means of UV-Vis, SEM, and etc. The results show that: the particles of PANI/Fe3O4 composite modified by KH-550 don't agglomerate easily, the conductivity of the modified composite is much higher than that of unmodified composite; with the increase of the heating temperature, the conductivity of the composite decreases; KH-550 has effect on the charge interaction between PANI and Fe304, resulting in the displacement of characteristic absorption peak in UV-Vis spectra of the composite.
