多校区高校授权程度影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：权力的集中与分散是大学管理中最基本的矛盾。本文在问卷调查的基础上,利用实证研究的方法分析了多校区高校的形成方式、学校的规模、现有管理机构数目、校区间的距离、不同的管理职能与多校区授权程度之间的相关性。实证结果显示,形成方式、管理机构数、不同类型的管理职能与多校区高校授权程度之间存在相关性,而其办学规模、校区间距离与授权程度间不存在明显的相关性。The tension between centralisation and decentralisation of power is one of basic contradictions in university management. Based on data from a questionnaire survey, this paper analyses the correlation between the multi-campus university＇s formation mode, university scale, existing number of management organisations, distance between campuses, different management functions and degree of authorisation. The research results show that the degree of authorisation is correlated with the formation mode, existing number of management organisations and different management functions, but not with the university scale or distance between campuses.
