摘 要:全程给水控制系统在柳林电厂2×600 MW机组投运可以有效地提高大机组效率,降低辅机的损耗。系统阐述了全程给水控制系统结构以及运行特点,对该系统在给水泵启动控制、给水阀切换、给水泵最小流量控制和汽包水位控制等关键问题进行了详细的分析,结合试运行深入地研究了该系统的调试及投运方法,摸索了一套适合柳林电厂机组运行特点的主控参数,对同类型电厂全程给水控制系统的投运具有重要的参考价值。The application of general control of water supply to 2 × 600 MW generating unit in Liulin Power Plant has raised effectively the efficiency of big units and reduced the loss of auxiliary turbine. The paper elaborates on the mechanism and operating property of the water supply system, and analyses in detail the key issues: control of the starting of pump, the exchanging of valves and control of minimum flow and water level in steam chamber. The paper, in combination with preliminary operation,discusses the adjustment and putting into operation of the system,and finds out a set of control parameters adapted to the generating unit, which has some reference to the same sort of system.
