摘　　要：针对三峡右岸等一批巨型机组特大型电站的应用需要,介绍了新一代水电厂计算机监控系统H9000 V4.0系统的开发背景和过程,在提出系统设计原则和开发方向基础上,重点对系统网络结构、全冗余分布式实时数据库结构、软件功能结构进行了介绍和分析,最后简要地介绍了该系统在技术方面取得的进步以及应用情况。In order to meet the needs of the extra large hydropower stations with huge units like Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station,A new generation of computer supervision and control system—H9000 V4.0 is developed. This paper introduces the developing background and course,puts forward the design principles and developing orientation,emphatically introduces and analyzes the system network structure,the full-redundant distributed real-time data base structure and the software function structure.Finally introduces the technical progress and the application briefly.
