摘  要:掺杂晶体(NH4)1-xKxNO3、(NH4)1-xNaxNO3振动模的临界行为王焕茹吴国祯(清华大学物理系北京100084)TheCriticalBehavioursoftheVibrationalModesofDoped(NH4)1-xKxNO...Abstract The Raman intensities of the vibrational modes of doped (K +,Na +) NH 4NO 3 during phase transitions are shown behaving as power functions of |T T c| β. The exponent, β, is mode dependent and bears much critical information of the transitions. Among the modes, the totally symmetric v 1 mode of the nitrate ion possesses the unique behaviour as a function of the degree of doping. It is also the v 1 mode which possesses the delicate potency to differentiate the different dopings with K + and Na +. It is shown that the exponents are very sensitive to the degrees of doping for very dilute doping. The physical interpretation is given in terms of the average distance between the doped ions.
