摘 要:制备了一种交联聚合物微球深部调驱体系,对其进行了室内评价。结果表明,在高温高矿化度条件下,该微球具有较好的水化膨胀性;在岩心中通过"封堵-变形-突破-深入-再封堵"能对地层实现逐级封堵,达到深部流体改向和提高采收率的目的。在永8断块开展了3口井的深部调驱试验,结果表明,其能有效封堵高渗层,提高中、低渗层的吸水能力,增产原油。A linked polymer micro - ball system for deep profile control was developed. Its properties were evaluated in laboratory. The result indicated that the system had good hydration swelling property under high temperature and high salinity conditions. The cores were plugged step by step through "plugging -deformation - breakthrough - deepening - plugging again" cycles. In this way, the deep fluid flow direction was changed and the oil recovery was enhanced. The field application test in 3 wells of Yong 8 Fault Block showed that the polymer micro- ball system plugged high permeability strata effectively, increased water intake capacity of middle or low permeability strata and enhanced oil recovery.
