摘　　要：四方相ＢａＴｉＯ３：Ｃｅ及Ｍｎ离子注入的ＢａＴｉＯ３：Ｃｅ的拉曼散射的研究刘玉龙朱恪张昊朱镛（中科院物理研究所北京１０００８０）赵金涛（张掖师范高等专科学校物理系甘肃张掖７３４０００）萧季驹（香港城市大学物理及材料科学系香港九龙）ＲａｍａｎＳｐｅｃ...Abstract Polarized Raman spectra of a single domain Ce:BaTiO 3 and Mn + ion implanted Ce:BaTiO 3 crystals were measured from room temperature to 180℃. Based on the temperature dependence of Raman spectra of these crystals, their phase transition temperature is respectively determined. The results indicate that Ce atoms and Mn + ion implanted have a little effect on the structure of BaTiO 3.
