摘　　要：Ｎｄ０．９Ｃａ０．１Ｂａ２Ｃｕ３Ｏ６＋ｘ（ｘ＝０～１）超导体系的Ｒａｍａｎ光谱研究赵芸１罗培勋２左健２许存义２李晓光２（１安徽机电学院芜湖２４１０００）（２中国科学技术大学结构分析开放研究实验室合肥２３００２６）ＳｔｕｄｙｏｎｔｈｅＲａｍａｎＳｐｅ...Abstract The Raman spectra and superconductivities of Nd 0.9 Ca 0.1 Ba 2 Cu 3 O 6+x (x=0～1) were studied. The peaks induced by defect in 224cm -1 and 597cm -1 were found in the samples with low oxygen content. The vibration mode of apical oxygen atom around 500cm -1 shifts to higher frequency side with the oxygen content increasing, while the superconducting transition temperature increases monotonously as well, which is very different from Y 0.9 Ca 0.1 Ba 2Cu 3O 6+x system.
