The spectral peaks (TO like mode) near 500 cm -1 , have obvious varies for different preparation conditions, and no peak at 480 cm -1 was observed, which implies no real contribution from amorphous component. The Raman feature are also presented for lower energy region, e.g.TA like mode and LA like mode are shown at 218 cm -1 and 302 (or 296) cm -1 , respectively. The sizes observed by TEM are compared with that calculated by the formula.
