摘　　要：铁掺杂的纳米ＳｎＯ２的拉曼散射吴若（江西师范大学物理系南昌３３００２７）左健（中国技术大学结构分析开放实验室合肥２３００２６）ＲａｍａｎＳｃａｔｅｒｉｎｇｏｆＦｅ┐ｄｏｐｅｄＮａｎｏｓｃａｌｅＳｎＯ２ＷｕＲｕｏ（ＤｅｐａｒｔｍｅｎｔｏｆＰｈｙｓｉｃｓ...Abstract Fe doped nanoscale SnO 2 powder were prepared by the hydrothermal method. The size and composition of the samples were measured by transmission electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometer Fe doped nanoscale SnO 2 samples were study by Raman spectroscopy and disorder induced light scattering was observed.
