摘 要:通过增大BR用量并调整其它组分对轻型载重轮胎胎面配方进行改进。试验结果表明,与生产配方相比,试验配方胶料的转矩提高,拉断伸长率稍低,邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度和拉断永久变形相当,耐磨性能大幅提高。成品轮胎物理性能达到相关标准要求,高速性能和耐久性能良好,且原材料成本降低。The tread formulation for LT tire was optimized by increasing the amount of BR and modifying other compositions. The results showed that, compared with the compounds from present production, the optimized compound featured higher torque, lower elongation at break, similar Shore A hardness, similar tensile strength and tensile set at break, and much higher abrasion resistance. The physical properties of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding standards, the speed performance and endurance were good, and the cost of raw materials was reduced.
