摘  要:饭店个性化经营是我国饭店业在激烈的竞争中增强核心竞争力,使经营走向成功的必由之路。文章简要分析我国饭店业个性化经营的现状,结合国内外著名饭店的个性化经营案例及其经验,对完善我国饭店业个性化经营提出有效措施和实施原则。文章最后以泉州酒店为例分析了其个性化经营的状况,并提出了相应的意见建议。Individuation administration is the way increasing the internal hotels' core competence in intense competition and makes success of the hotel management, this article using hotel management and marketing theory analyses the individuation management in marketing direction and thinks that individuation administration carries several senses: difference in product, individuality in service, for person in promotion, deep in brand--promotion. Individualized service shows it best in the all while the essence of individuation administration innovating, individualized services originates from but has superiorities than the standardized services. When it accumulates enough in quantity, it can become standardized services, individualized services get further development. Article analyses some successful examples of individuation administration in internal and external hotel and combining internal hotel inindividuation administration at present. Then we gave some principles and advise on internal hotel's in- dividuation administration. In the end, the article discusses the individuation administration for Quanzhou Hotel.
