摘　　要：我国政府机关对地方高校的要求不是自动实现的,而是需要与之相匹配的法人治理结构,以给出各利益相关者的关系框架,约束其行为,使之与大学目标相容。但是我国计划体制下的高校法人治理结构模式与高校目标不一致。本文旨在探讨适用现行高校目标的法人治理结构模式。The requirements for local university of our government are not realized automatically, it needs complete corporate governance structure providing the relation frame of the relevant ones , restraining their behavior , then making the corporate governance structure conform with goal of the university. But the university eorporate governanee structure mode under the planning system of our eountry is ineonsistent with university＇s goal. This text aims at probing into the corporate governance structure mode applicable to current university＇s goal.
