摘　　要：To investigate the chemical components of the barks and twigs ofltoa orientalis. A new linear monoterpene glycoside named itoside O was isolated from the crude extract of Itoa orientalis together with 11 known compounds. The new compound was identified to be 3,7-dimethyl-1, 6-octadien-3, 10-dihydroxyl-10-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl （1 -→6）-O-β-D-glucopyranoside by 1D and 2D NMR analysis, and all known compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.大风子科植物伊桐的皮和枝条中分离得到一个新的链状单萜苷类成分和11个已知化合物,新化合物经波谱方法鉴定为3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3,10-dihydroxyl-10-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,命名为伊桐苷O,其它化合物皆为首次从本植物中分离得到.
