In this paper we Compare Raman spectroscopy of cytochrome bc 1 complex with depleted lipid cytochrome bc 1, there were apparent differences between them. Especially in the bonds of spectra representing lipid the difference were more extremely different in such Raman spectra as frequency, intensity and shape.
