摘　　要：目的:探讨应用单丝聚丙烯合成非吸收齿状线进行臀部松垂美容整形术。方法:对近两年16例应用单丝聚丙烯合成非吸收齿状线结合肿涨皮下吸脂技术、脂肪细胞转移技术、肌肉、筋膜及皮肤重塑技术进行臀部松垂美容整形术的应用进行总结与分析。结果:改进单丝聚丙烯合成非吸收齿状线应用方法后,臀部松垂美容整形术的瘢痕并发症明显减少,效果加强,外表瘢痕小。结论:单丝聚丙烯合成非吸收齿状线进行臀部松垂美容整形术中应用得当,可减少并发症、取得显著效果。Objective To seek a kind of effective surgical operation method to treat the buttock lax by monofilament polypropylene synthetic nonabsorbable cogs thread. Methods To research and analysis the 16 cases of buttock-pexy with liposuction, fat granule injection grafting, the reshape of muscular, musculoaponeurotic and cutaneous by monofilament polypropylene synthetic nonabsorbable cogs thread in recent 2 years. Results When we improved the uses of monofilament polypropylene synthetic nonabsorbable cogs thread in buttock-pexy plastic and aesthetic surgery, the scar complications reduced and the good effects received. There is no incision on buttock. Conclusion If we use the monofilament polypropylene synthetic nonabsorbable cogs thread in buttock-pexy plastic and aesthetic surgery correctly, the excellent results will be achieved.
