摘  要:目的:研究葡萄籽提取物原花青素(OPC)对正常表皮黑素细胞以及紫外线辐射后表皮黑素细胞黑素合成的影响。方法:培养的正常表皮黑素细胞和经10mJ/cm2紫外线辐射后的表皮黑素细胞分别以高中低(10、50、100μg/ml)三种浓度的OPC作用72h,测定细胞增殖率、黑素含量,酪氨酸酶活性。结果:OPC对正常表皮黑素细胞的增殖和黑素合成无明显影响,但可呈浓度依赖性抑制紫外线辐射后的表皮黑素细胞的黑素合成,并能减轻紫外线辐射对细胞增殖的抑制作用。结论:天然寡聚体OPC对紫外线辐射的黑素细胞有光保护作用,它可明显抑制紫外线辐射后表皮黑素细胞的黑素合成,而对正常表皮黑素细胞的黑素合成无影响。Objective To study the effects of nature ologomers Proanthocyanidins on the pigment formation by normal human melanocytes and UVR-irradiated melanocytes. Methods Three different concentrations of Proanthocyanidins were incubated with normal human melanocytes and UV irradiated (10mJ/cm^2 dose) human melanocytes for 72 h and then melanin content, reactivity of tyrasinase, rate of proliferation were measured. Results There were no effects with melanogenesis and proliferation of normal melanocytes after expose of Proanthocyanidins.However, Proanthocyanidins can decrease the cellular melanin content and reactivity of tyrasinase of irradiated melanocytes with dose-dependent manner. Proanthocyanidins also can protecte proliferation of melanocytes after UV irradiation. Conclusion Proanthocyanidins have sun-protection effects on melanocytes. It can inhibite melanogenesis and proliferation of epidermal melanocytes after UV irradiation.
