摘  要:目的:评价Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)在治疗颧部褐青色痣(naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus NFZ)过程中对减轻色素沉着,缩短疗程的作用。方法:对2004年12月~2007年12月采用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治愈的52例颧部褐青色痣患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,治疗组27例(治疗后外涂重组人表皮生长因子),对照组25例(治疗后待自然愈合),比较其治疗间隔时间、疗程的长短。结果:治疗组与对照组平均治疗间隔时间分别为74.59天及105.24天,平均疗程分别为453.37天及651.28天,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Q开关Nd:YAG激光联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗颧部褐青色痣色素沉着轻、疗程较短,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus treated by using Q- switched Nd:YAG laser associated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor to lessen pigmentation and decurtate course of treatment. Methods To review and analysize the clinical data of 52 patients with NFZ which have been recovered in the past years ranged from 2004.12 to 2007.12. All the cases were divided into two groups:the therapic group with 27cases were applied rhEGF after the treatment and the control group with 25cases were healed radomly to compare interval time and course of treatment. Results The average interval time of the therapic group and the control group was respectively 74.59 days and 105.24 days, and the average time of therapy of both groups was respectively 453.37 days and 651.28 days .The difference of them was statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The therapic method of NFZ by Q-switched Nd:YAG laser associated with rhEGF.is worth generalization in clinic because of less pigmentation and shorter time of therapy.
