摘　　要：目的:探讨美容整形就诊者的心理过程及干预对策。方法:对950例就诊者不同治疗护理阶段的心理进行评估,并针对就诊时的自卑,手术前的怀疑、恐惧,手术后的焦虑、挑剔和后悔,恢复后得意或失望等心理特征,分别在不同时期给予相应的寻求补偿指导、肯定定势心理引导、针对性解释、领悟和谐美的真正含义等干预措施。结果:就诊者能够正视容貌的客观性存在与美容整形手术的实际功效。结论:关注就诊者不同阶段的心理特征并给予相应的预见性专业指导,可改善其情绪状态,减少不必要的纠纷。Objective To study the mental process and intervention counter-measure for clients of plastic surgery, Methods 950 clients were taken intervention measures of relevant seek compensation guidance, confirm psychological guiding. Counter explain and grasp the real meaning of harmonious in different stages according to their psychological characteristic of inferiority at seek medical advice and preoperative doubt, fear and postoperative anxiety, nitpick and regret, as well as complacent and disappointed after recovery. Results The clients can face up to the objective reality of appearance and the reality effect of plastic surgery. Conclusion It can improve clients feelings and decrease their unnecessary issue that pay close attention to their psychological feature in different stage and give them relevant predictive special guide.
