摘　　要：近年来海内外学者重新评价了"江桥抗战"在抗日战争中的地位,其中有些问题尚待商榷。对江桥抗战的历史地位、张学良在江桥抗战中的作用,以及马占山将军在江桥抗战后为何与伪府合作四十天等问题的深入研究,可以使我们对这段历史有一个更为科学合理的结论。Recently,the scholars within the country and abroad have reappraised the status of The Anti - Japanese War in Jiang Qiao, and there are some problems that need to be further discussed. The deep research on the historical status of The Anti- Japanese War in Jiang Qiao, Mr. Zhangxue- liang＇s effect in this war, and why General MA Zhan- shah cooperated with illegal government for forty days after the war, can make us have a more scientific and reasonable conclusion about this period of history.
