摘  要:目的设计及建立选择性失神经咬肌的动物模型,为临床外科提供实验资料和理论依据。方法实验兔子共计75只,随机平均分为3个试验组,离断咬肌神经干组,离断咬肌神经上分支组,离断咬肌神经下分支组,每只动物做自身对照,均以右侧咬肌为试验侧,左侧咬肌为对照侧。建立选择性失神经咬肌动物模型,并行超声检测肌细胞组织化学检测,比较肌肉厚度及肌纤维变化。结果与正常咬肌相比,离断神经咬肌厚度减小(p<0.05),肌纤维截面积减小(p<0.05),而且切断不同的神经减小的幅度不同;肌纤维类型及肌细胞结构无明显变化。结论本实验切断咬肌神经及其分支,离断咬肌神经咬肌厚度及肌纤维大小减小,离断不同的神经,咬肌的厚度及肌纤维大小变化也不相同,但不影响实验动物的进食活动。所以,本模型有效、可靠,适用于失神经咬肌的动物实验研究。Objective The animal model of denervatde masseter selectedly was designed and establisbed, in order to provid experimental datum and theory evidence for clinic. Methods The number of experimental rabbits was 75 were randomly devideed into 3 groups, they were the group of abscise masseter nerve, the group of abscise superior division of masseter nerve, the group of abseise inferior division of masseter nerve. In experimental groups, every rab-bit was made own control, the right side was experimental side, and the left side was control side. The animal modle of denervated masseter was established, and the thickness of experimental masseter was compared with the normal's by the examination of B type ultrasound, at the same time, histochemistry observation was done. Results The thickness of experimental masseteric musle got thicker and thicker, and the cross area of muscle fibre got smaller and smaller, but there was no obvious affection to the type of musle fiber. Conclusion After the operation, different nerve was selected to be abscised, the thickness and the cross area of muscle fibre of denervated masseter was different also. So, the model was available and credible, and was adapted to be used in researching masseter of denervated nerve in rabbits.
