摘 要:诠释了知识工程(KBE)概念,并对KBE系统的推进过程进行了探讨.采用模糊推理策略完成了知识库的创建,以Unigraphics为平台基于知识熔接(KF)技术开发了基于KBE的刻楦机结构设计系统.综合运用知识工程技术、虚拟设计技术等,研究了其计算机辅助概念设计(CACD)流程及各应用子系统的功能结构.刻楦机刀具设计系统解决方案实例中,模糊推理与知识熔接相结合,方便的模糊修改以及KF系统的模型自动生成实现了快速设计.该系统从一定程度上实现了刻楦机的智能设计,积累了设计经验和知识,缩短了产品生命周期.The concept of the knowledge-based engineering (KBE) was annotated. The advancement of the KBE system was discussed. The shoe last structure design system based on KBE was developed by u- sing knowledge fusion (KF) on software Unigraphics. The knowledge base was built with the fuzzy inference strategy. The processes of computer aided conceptual design and functional structures of its sub-application systems were studied by the technology such as KBE, virtual design, and etc. With the tool design system of shoe last as example, the model was generated automatically in KF system. The rapid design was achieved by convenient fuzzy modification and by combining fuzzy inference and KF together. The system provides a practical approach to shorten product life cycle and preserve design experience and knowledge.
