摘　　要：目的:探讨当前医疗执业环境对医疗护理质量的影响。方法:查阅2002年《医疗事故处理条例》、举证责任倒置实施以来有关医疗纠纷、医闹事件,当前这种医疗执业环境给医护人员造成的心理压力及心理健康状况的影响等相关参考文献;另外,笔者近期对不同医院护士亚健康状况及相关因素的调查资料。结果:当前医疗执业环境恶劣:医疗纠纷日益增多,索赔金额不断攀升,医护人员人身安全没有保障;在这种环境下工作,56.62%的护士出现亚健康状态,护士健康状况与工作压力呈高度负相关。"工作场所不安全,容易发生意外;工作责任很重;工作琐碎复杂、工作量很大"为主要的工作压力源。结论:当前医疗执业环境恶劣,必须尽快加以优化,否则将影响到医护人员的身心健康和工作积极性,直接影响医疗护理质量,阻碍医学的发展。Objective：To discuss current medical occupation environment effect on nursing service quality. Methods：To consult some literatures of current medical occupation environment effect on medical staff＇s mentality tension and health, including medical dissensions and making trouble in hospital after executon of medical accident disposal regulation of 2002 and onus probandi conversion; while to investigate some nurses＇ sub health and its correlating factors in different hospitals rencently. Results： The current medical occupation environment is tough, medical sissensions increase constantly, claims for compensaton are boosted obviously and medical staff personal safety is devoid of safeguard. 56.62% of nurses emerge sub health symptom and their health statuses are negative correlation with the work tensions significantly （r=-0.283-0.582, P〈0.01）. The core work tensions are insecunity job site with backfire, heavy work duty, trivial tasks and big workload. Conclusions： The current tough medical occupation environment should be inproved on as sonn as possible, otherwise it would harm the medical staff＇s health and hurt their work enthusiasm, while it would impact medical nursing service quality and hinder medical development.
