一例多细菌协同性坏疽中分离到溶齿放线菌、迟缓优杆菌、延展消化链球菌和低酸链球菌

摘　　要：一例久治不愈的上肢末梢进行性坏疽女患者，被诊断为多细菌协同性坏疽。除金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和两种目前还未能最后鉴定的细菌外，从患者深部组织标本还分离出溶齿放线菌（Ａｃｔｉｎｏｍｙｃｅｓｏｄｏｎｔｏｌｙｔｉｃｕｓ）、迟缓优杆菌（Ｅｕｂａｃｔｅｒｉｕｍｌｅｎｔｕｍ）、延展消化链球菌（Ｐｅｐｔｏｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｃｏｃｃｕｓｐｒｏ－ｄｕｃｔｕｓ）、低酸链球菌（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｃｏｃｃｕｓａｃｉｄｏｍｉｎｉｍｕｓ）。从临床同一病灶中分离到溶齿放线菌、迟缓优杆菌、延展消化链球菌、低酸链球菌在国内外尚属首次。本文报道了细菌学鉴定结果。An unusual case of a multi bacterial synergistic gangrene of up extremities was reported in China,which was described as mysteries disease and concerned by the society.Eight bacterial species were isolated from deep tissue sample,including Streptococcus acidominimus,Actinomyces odontolytics,Eubacterium lentum,Peptostreptococcus productus,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and two organisms which could not be identified at present time.The identification data for A.odontolytics,E.lentum,P.productus and S.acidominimus were presented in this paper.
