摘　　要：目的初步观察聚焦超声对豚鼠慢性湿疹模型的疗效和安全性。方法选择健康豚鼠40只,每只背部剃毛2处,应用2,4-二硝基氯苯为抗原,小剂量多次刺激豚鼠皮肤制备慢性湿疹模型。将模型随机分为1W组和2W组,自身空白对照,每只豚鼠一侧超声辐照,另一侧空照。根据形态学和组织病理学观察进行疗效评估。结果豚鼠皮肤显示慢性湿疹样皮损特点,组织病理呈慢性湿疹样改变。超声辐照后1周,辐照组的总分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且2W组的疗效指数高于1W组的疗效指数。结论聚焦超声辐照慢性湿疹动物模型安全有效。Objective To observe the effect and safety of focused ultrasound on guinea pig model of chronic eczema. Methods A total of 40 guinea pigs were shaved at two sites on the back. The eczema models were prepared by using 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene as an antigen to stimulate the shaved sites repeatedly and divided into 1W group and 2W group randomly. The focused ultrasound treated one shaved site but not the other shaved site. The effect of focused ultrasound on guinea pig models with chronic eczema was evaluated by the treatment scores and pathological changes after one week. Results Morphology and histopathology of guinea pigs skin showed the eczematous features. After a week,a significant difference could be observed between the treatment groups and the control groups （P〈0. 05） . The therapeutic effect of 2W group was better than that of 1W group. Conclusions Guinea pig models of chronic eczema could be treated with focused ultrasound effectively and safely,
