摘  要:目的应用二尖瓣环自动追踪技术评价冠心病患者左心室收缩功能。研究该方法与改良Simpson法测量左心室收缩功能间的相关性。方法冠心病患者33例,取心尖四腔心,应用改良Simpson法测量左室舒张末容积、收缩末容积、每搏量、心输出量、左室射血分数、每搏指数、心排指数,转换二尖瓣环自动追踪技术模式分别测量以上指标。采用相关分析,比较二尖瓣环自动追踪技术与改良Simpson法对左室功能的相关性。结果2种方法测量指标相关系数分别为:左室舒张末容积0.875、收缩末容积0.912、每搏量0.693、心输出量0.664、左室射血分数0.725、每搏指数0.688、心排指数0.684。结论二尖瓣环自动追踪技术与改良Simpson法在测量左心室收缩功能方面相关性很好。二尖瓣环自动追踪技术是评价冠心病患者左室收缩功能的一项简便而准确的方法。Objective The aim of this study was to examine the clinical application of automated mitral annular tracking for assessing left ventricular systolic function in patients with coronary artery disease and try to find if there was correlation between the technique of automated mitral annular tracking and modified Simpson method for assessing the left ventricular systolic function. Methods The diastolic left ventricular volume (EDV), systolic left ventricualr volume (ESV), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), left ventricualr eiection fraction (LVEF), stroke index (SI) and cardiac index (CI) were detected on automated mitral annular tracking and modified Simpson method in the apical window at 4 chamber, respectively. All variables between the two ways were determined with analysis of correlation statistics. Results The r of EDV, ESV, SV, CO, LVEF, SI and CI were 0. 875,0. 912,0. 693, 0. 664,0. 725,0. 688 and 0. 684 between automated mitral annular tracking and modified Simpson method. Conclusions Automated mitral annular tracking had a good correlation with modified Simpson method for assessing left ventrieular systolic function in patients with coronary artery disease.
