摘　　要：目的:探讨影响脱发患者生活质量的相关因素,进行量化分析,采取适当的心理治疗与其他治疗相结合。方法:应用皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)和流调中心抑郁量表(center for epidemiologic studies depression scale,CES-D),对507例脱发患者进行调查评估,采用SPSS13.0统计软件分析数据。结果:507例脱发患者DLQI和CES-D分值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并且DLQI与CES-D之间存在显著正相关(r=0.31,P<0.01)。结论:脱发不仅影响生活质量,而且给患者心理带来负面作用,所以应及早进行联合治疗,并加大宣传以提高患者对疾病的认识,有助于疾病的恢复。Objective： To survey the life quality of patients with alopecia. Methods： Questionnaire with dermatology life quality index （DLQI） and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale （CES-D） were adopted to assess the life quality and psychological changes for 507 outpatients with alopecia. Results： DLQI and CES-D scores of patients with alopecia were relatively higher than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. There was a positive correlation between the CES-D scores and the DLQI scores （r = 0.31, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The life quality of patients with alopecia was significantly reduced, and clinically the majority of patients may have depression so that appropriate psychotherapy and other treatments should be given to them.
