摘　　要：报告1例副肿瘤性天疱疮伴腹膜后Castleman瘤。患者男,29岁。口腔、龟头反复糜烂1年,周身起皮疹半年,双眼有分泌物1周。结合病史、皮损特点、皮损组织病理及免疫组化组织病理改变、右腹膜后肿物组织病理检查,确诊为该病。A case of paraneoplastic pemphigus with retroperitoneal Castleman＇s tumour is reported. A 29-year-old man presented to the clinic,complaining of recurrent oral and balanic erosions for one year,generalized eruptions for six months and discharge of eyes for one week. The diagnosis was established according to the history, the symptoms and signs,the histopathologic and immunopathologic features of skin specimen, and the histopathological findings from retroperitoneal neoplasms.
