益肾泻浊方对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠成纤维细胞增殖及胶原蛋白合成的影响

摘　　要：本研究采用灌胃法给予健康大鼠及实验性慢性肾衰大鼠益肾泻浊方冲剂,观察大鼠血清对大鼠成纤维细胞增殖及胶原蛋白合成的影响。结果显示:与灌服生理盐水对照组大鼠相比,前者能明显抑制成纤维细胞增殖与胶原蛋白的合成,提示这可能是该方延缓肾衰进展的重要机理。For the experimental normal rats and experimental rats with chronic renal failure were administered Yishen Xiezhuo granules through gastric infusion. As compared with the control group infused with normal saline, the Yishen Xiezhuo granule markedly inhibited the proliferation of fibroblast and synthesis of collagen suggesting that this might be the important mechanism responsible for the recipe to postpone the development of chronic failure.
