摘　　要：Six species of Stachybotrys from soil in the warm temperate zone of eastern China are reported, 4 of them are new to China, they are Stachybotrys breviuscula, S. cylindrospora, S. mangiferae and S. microspora. Descriptions and illustrations are given.
