摘　　要：目的探讨不同环境下无翻盖橡胶瓶塞无菌溶液的取用方法。方法将无翻盖橡胶瓶塞的0．9％氯化钠溶液在不同环境下按自订方法在控制状态下分：冲洗组和不冲洗组；自然状态下分：实验组和对照组。冲洗组取液前倒出溶液2-15ml冲洗瓶口；不冲洗组开瓶后直接取液；对照组取自急诊科工作的医生、护士及外科换药室护士未经训练新开瓶方法前开瓶使用后溶液；实验组取自急诊科医生、护士及外科换药室护士按新方法训练后不冲洗组开瓶使用后溶液，各组取液前均用75％酒精消毒瓶塞外周后直接倒出溶液1ml至无菌营养肉汤培养管进行细菌培养。结果控制状态下2组均为无菌生长，差异无统计学意义；自然状态下对照组39例中11例有细菌生长，实验组30例中l例有细菌生长（P〈0．01）。结论不同环境下无翻盖橡胶瓶塞无菌溶液按自订方法取用时可不冲洗瓶口，但必须遵循无菌技术操作原则。Objective To explore the method of pumping sterile solution in bottle with no flip rubber stopper. Methods The bottles with no flip rubber stopper that contained 0.9% sodium chloride solution were used to test the incidence of bacteria contamination by different methods of pumping sterile solution. Method Ⅰ ： 2 to 15 ml solution was dumped out to wash the bottle mouth before pumping solution;Method Ⅱ ： The solution was pumped directly without washing the mouth. The both methods were taken by the doctors and nurses from emergence department and surgical dressing room that were involved in the test and were divided into experiment group（ received the train of new method of pumping） and control group（ performed routine method）, 1 ml relic solution of different groups were used （ the bottle mouth was disinfected before pumping） to test the incidence of bacteria contamination by aseptic broth medium. Results There was no bacteria growth by method Ⅰ. The bacterial growth were found in 11 cases（11/39） in the control and 1 case（1/30） in the experiment control when using the method Ⅱ ,and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The method of pumping sterile solution in boule with no flip rubber stopper by the principle of aseptic technique is safe without washing the bottle mouth.
