老年肾虚证与垂体关系的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：以性腺激素和促性腺激素为指标,观察老年肾虚证与垂体性腺轴的关系。结果示:老年人中肾阳虚组血清T、E_2、E_2/T比值明显低于肾阳虚组,血清LH、FSH又明显高于肾阴虚组、温肾阳中药可以调节老年肾阳虚组垂体—性激素环境的紊乱。以老年雄性大鼠造肾阳虚模型,其指标变化与男性老年人相同,温肾阳中药可改变其增龄性变化,滋肾阴中药则无明显影响。Using sex - hormone and gonadotropic hormone as indices, the relations between senile kidney deficiency and pituitary - gonad axis was observed. Results revealed that the values of T, E2, E2/T in senile kidney - yang deficiency was markedly lower than those of the kidney -yin deficiency: while for serum LH. FSH, the condition was just the reverse. Traditional herbs for warming - up kidney yang regulates the environmental disturbance of pituitary -sex hormones in senile kidney - yang dificiency in rat models were similar to those of male elderly. Wenshenyang herbals transforms the changes due to age increasing, while Wenshenyin herbals don't have such actions.
