雷公藤多甙抑制小鼠骨髓造血细胞体外增殖的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了不同剂量的雷公藤多甙对小鼠骨髓造血干细胞体外增殖作用及其对造血干细胞抑制的可逆性,以探讨雷公藤多甙对骨髓造血功能影响的药理作用。实验表明,雷公藤多甙对骨髓造血干细胞体外增殖有明显的抑制作用,并与剂量密切相关,50％的抑制率为0.5μg/ml;该药作用8h以内,其抑制作用是可逆的,超过8h则趋不可逆性。由此提示临床用药掌握适当的剂量至关重要,长期应用必须对机体造血功能进行监测。This paper reports the effects of different doses of Glucosida tripterygh(T Ⅱ) on the proliferation of murine hematopoietic cells and the reversibility of this effect on hematopoiesis. The results showed that T Ⅱ had distinct suppressive effect on hematopoietic cell proliferation, and this was found to be dose-dependent with a 50% suppressive rate at the dose 0.5 mg/L. Within 8 hours, the suppression was reversible, while beyond 8 hours, the effect became irreversible. The study implies that appropriate dosage of TⅡ is critical in clinical application, and the hematopoietic function of patients should be monitored while the drug is in long term use.
