摘  要:分析了蒸气压缩制冷系统稳态能耗模型,提出了一种基于该稳态模型的制冷系统压力设定值在线优化控制方案,其目的是实现一种实际可行和经济合算的蒸气压缩制冷系统能耗优化控制系统。对该优化控制方案与常规控制方案进行了对比实验,结果表明,该优化控制方案能较快地自动找到并设置最优压力值,并且当环境温度和制冷负荷等在正常范围内变化时,相对于常规控制方案节能率达20%左右。Analyses a static-state energy consumption model of vapor compression refrigeration systems. Proposes an online optimization control scheme for pressure set-points of the refrigeration system based on the static-state-model, the objective of which is to implement a feasible and economical energy consumption optimization control system for vapor compression refrigeration systems. Conducts comparative experiments on the proposed optimization control scheme and conventional control scheme. The results show that the optimization control scheme is able to automatically find and set the pressure optimums in short time, and energy saving rate can reach up to about 20% if the change of the work conditions such as ambient temperature and refrigeration load is within the normal range.
