心血管疾病中TNF等细胞因子水平的观察

摘　　要：应用双抗体夹心法检测44例心血管疾病（其中冠心病26例,风心病10例,高血压病8例）患者血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）和白细胞介素8（IL-8）水平。结果显示,心血管病患者血清TNF、IL-6和IL-8水平均显著高于正常人（P<0.002,<0.005和<0.05,不同心血管疾病间TNF、IL-6和IL-8水平无显著性差异（P>0.05）,INF与IL-6和IL-8及IL-6与IL-8之间均成正相关（r分别为0.546、0.394和0.606,P为<0.001、<0.01和<0.001）。提示TNF、IL-6和IL-8可能参与某些心血管疾病的发病及病理变化过程。To study the relationships of cardiovascular diseases and cellular factors as well as its clinical significance, the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and interleukin 8 (IL-8)in 44 patients with cardiovascular diseases were measured by sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the levels of serum TNF, IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with cardiovascular disease were significantly higher than those in the controls(P<0.02, <0.005 and <0.05).No statistical significance in the levels of TNF, IL-6 and IL-8 were found among different cardiovascular diseases(P>0.05). TNF was shown positively correlated with IL-6 and IL-8 (r = 0.546, 0.394, P<0.001,<0.01),and IL-6 positively correlated with IL-8 (r=0.606,P<0.01). It is suggested that TNF, IL-6 and IL-8 may be associated with the pathogenesis and pathobiology of some cardiovascular diseases.
