摘  要:为简化消解过程,使温度易于控制,提高总氮测定方法的稳定性,采用烘箱代替高压锅进行消解,过硫酸钾氧化,紫外光度法测定样品中的总氮,经实验研究对比,该法稳定性好,易于操作,且能得到令人满意的结果。In this paper,a method was studied to simplify digestion process and control temperature easily,and to improve the stability of the method to determine total nitrogen, in which baking oven was used to digest instead of high pressure boiler. After using potassium persulfate oxidation, total nitrogen in standard sample was determined by the persulfate digestion - UV spectrophotometric method. Comparative study showed that the improved method was stable and simple with satisfactory results.
