摘　　要：运用发展经济学的原理和逻辑推理的方法,分析影响转变经济发展方式的四大因素,并在此基础上分析转变经济发展方式、产业结构优化和自主创新的内在逻辑关系,得出自主创新是转变经济发展方式的中心环节的结论。针对中国自主创新存在的突出问题,探索提高中国企业自主创新能力的具体对策,目的在于推动经济发展方式转变,促进经济又好又快发展。Guided by the principle of Economics of Development and managed by the method of logic reasoning, the four major factors were analyzed ,which affect the transformation of economic development. On this basis,by analyzing the internal logical relationship of the transformation of economic development, the optimization of the industrial structure and the independent innovation, a conclusion was drawn, which independent innovation is the key link of transforming the economic development. With the intention of promoting the transformation of economic development, aiming at the outburst independent innovation problems existing in our country, some concrete countermeasures were found out on improving the capability of independent innovation.
