农村卫生适宜技术推广应用影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析农村卫生适宜技术推广应用的影响因素,为今后农村卫生适宜技术的推广提供科学依据。方法以调查问卷的形式对甘肃省、县、乡项目管理者、接受培训的医务人员进行相关影响因素调查。结果在农村卫生适宜技术推广影响因素中,71.11%项目管理者认为推广经费不足,44.44%认为软硬件条件不配套,35.56%认为农民对适宜技术不接受;54.53%中医培训人员认为没有配套的器械、设备,50.00%西医培训人员认为没有配套药品。结论经费不足和没有配套的器械、药品是其影响因素,应投入足够的推广经费并合理安排,健全适宜技术推广配套的器械、设备和药品,以保证适宜技术的顺利推广。Objective To analyze the factors affecting the applicaton of appropriate technologies and provide scientific data for generalization of technologies of medicine in rural area. Methods To investigate trainnees of counties and towns, Gansu province, by questionnaires survey, get the relative factors affecting generalization and aplication of the technologies of medicine. Results 71.11% of the managers thought invested money was not enough and 44.44 % believed the equipments were not matched. 35.56 % of the manager considered farmers did not accept the technologies. 54.53 % of trainees of traditional chinese medicine considered no suitable equipments and 50.00 % of trainees of western medicine considered no effective medicine. Conclusion No enough money and no relative medicines and equipments affected the generalization and application of the technologies.
