摘　　要：奥运会对于主办城市来说,最难以"可持续发展"的是奥运场馆市场化开发与利用的问题。奥运会场馆建设是一种非生产性投资,加上开发经营市场化法律本身的滞后性,从近几届奥运会的情况看,都不同程度上出现了体育场馆的开发问题以及赛后场馆闲置、奥运村楼宇销售困难、基础设施使用率不高、投资难以得到回报等问题。如何解决好我国奥运体育场馆的开发与利用的一些法律问题;避免奥运场馆运营的法律风险;我们当前应当高度关注和深入研究的一个重要课题。That Olympiad is difficult “to may continue developing” most as for holding a city, is become market -oriented exploitation of Olympic stadium and gymnasium and the law problem making use of.
