摘　　要：2007年秋季广州市引进24个菜心新品种开展田间试验,系统调查、评价参试品种的物候期、生物学性状、抗病性、产量、商品性状和蒸食品质等指标,结果表明:特级油绿甜菜心、佰顺2号早菜心和科田70天3个品种的综合性状较佳,适宜在广州地区推广种植。Field experiment of 24 new flowering Chinese cabbage varieties was carried out in Guangzhou in the autumn of 2007. The growth period, biological characteristics, resistance, yield, product appearance and the sensory-trait of cooked products of the varieties were studied. The results showed that the integrated characteristics of Tejiyoulvtiancaixin, Baishun2 and Ketian 70 tian were superior to the other varieties and more suitable for planting in Guangzhou.
