摘　　要：当前我国农业经济发展受到自然风险和市场风险的制约愈来愈大,建立有效的农业保险,完善农产品期货市场,创设更合理的农业金融衍生品等保障措施,对规避风险、防灾减灾和稳定农业经济发展意义重大,对各种金融保障措施及其作用的研究和实施也更加重要。China＇s current agriculture economy is increasingly impacted by the natural disasters and market risks. It is very useful to establish an efficient system of agriculture insurance, to improve the agriculture futures market, to build up agriculture financial derivatives, in order to mitigate risks, avoid disasters and stabilize agriculture economy. Therefore, it is important to study financial insurance measures, their effects and the implementation.
