摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管异位开口的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析21例输尿管异位开口患者的临床资料。结果输尿管异位开口伴发重复肾双输尿管畸形11例,伴发育不良肾畸形9例,伴发双侧重复肾1例。21例皆行手术治疗。结论结合病史、体格检查和影像学检查,绝大多数病例能够作出术前的定位诊断。输尿管膀胱再植术、上半肾和输尿管切除术及单侧肾脏切除术为有效的治疗方法。Objective To discuss diagnosis and treatment of ectopic ureteral orifice. records of 21 cases with ectopic uretreal orifice were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 21 cases with ectopic ureteml orifice, 11 cases were associated with duplex kidney , 9 cases associated with dysplasia of kidney, 1 case associated with bilateral duplex kidney. All of the patients underwent operation. Conclusion Most of the cases can be diagnosed preoperatively by utilizing the appropriate methods. Ureterovesicle reinplantation, upper heminephroureterectomy and unilateral nephrectomy are the effective therapeutic method in the treatment of ectopic ureteral orifice.
