摘 要:目的编制针对建筑工人的事故倾向性量表(APS—CW),并检验其信度、效度。方法在回顾文献的基础上提出建筑工人事故倾向性的概念,对587名建筑工人进行事故倾向性、安全意识量表的测试,同时另外选取17名建筑工人,在对他们进行量表施测后,现场观察他们在工地上的实际安全行为,探讨事故倾向性量表的预测效度。结果事故倾向性量表由安全因子、阳性致险因子和阴性致险因子三个维度构成,共计79个条目。各维度均具有良好的内部一致性(α系数从0.826~0.928)和分半信度(r=0.734—0.863);且均对安全意识有显著影响;事故倾向性与建筑工人的习惯风险行为显著相关(r=-0,797)。结论APS—CW具有较好的信效度,可作为评估建筑工人的事故倾向测评工具。Objective To develop and test the reliability and validity of Accident Proneness Scale ( APSCW) for construction workers. Methods Based on literatures, the accident proneness scale for construction workers was developed. 587 workers were tested with APS and the safety behavior scales. In addition ,by investigating with the scales and observing the safety behaviors in the work site, another 17 workers were recruited for the sake of verifying the predictive validity. Results The APS consisted of 79 items, and includes three factors : factor of security, positive factor of danger, negative factor of danger. The reliability indexes of APS were nice (cronbach α coefficients : from 0. 826 - 0. 928 ; split reliability : from 0. 734 - 0. 863 ). Meanwhile, APS was significantly related to the safety awareness,and habitual dangerous behaviors ( r = -0. 797). Conclusion The APS-CW for construction workers is a reliable and valid measure for assessing the accident proneness.
