摘  要:干式风冷排渣系统与传统的湿式水力排渣相比,具有很多突出的优点,使得这种系统在新电厂建设和老电厂的改造中得到广泛的应用。文章介绍了钢带式排渣机干式排渣技术的原理及特点,分析了该系统的冷却风风量、风温等因素,针对提高锅炉效率,提出了相应的改进建议。Compared to the traditional way of discharging slag by water, dry bottom slag air-cooling handling system has many outstanding advantages, which has made it widely used in newly built power plants and also in existing ones' reformation. In this paper, the principle and characters of dry bottom slag air-cooling handling system were introduced. And factors affecting the boiler's efficiency, such as the influx and the temperature of cooling air, were analyzed. Moreover, some advice for improvement was proposed, aiming at raising boiler's efficiency, which provided technique support for the economic and efficient operation of the system.
