日单次静注加替沙星治疗细菌感染78例

摘　　要：目的观察日单次静注加替沙星治疗细菌性感染的临床疗效，并与相同日剂量分2次静注给药进行疗效对照，探索加替沙星治疗细菌性感染合理给药方案。方法将142例细菌性感染患者随机分治疗组、对照组，治疗组采用加替沙星0．4g缓慢静滴，Qd；对照组采用加替沙星0．2g缓慢静滴，Bid，两组疗程均为7～10天，观察治疗第7天、治疗结束时各组临床有效率、细菌清除率及不良反应，并比较用药天数。结果治疗组、对照组治疗结束时临床有效率分别为93．59％、87．5％（P〈0．05），细菌清除率分别为95．59％、87．27％（P〈0．05），实际用药天数分别为7．2＋0．9、9．1＋1．7（P〈0．05），2组患者用药过程中的药物不良反应发生率分别为7．69％、6．25％（P〉0．05）。结论日单次静注加替沙星是合理的治疗细菌性感染给药方案，值得推广。Objective To observe clinical effect of bacterial infection patients treated with gatifloxacin in intravenous drip one day at a time,and compare with those treated with the same daily dose of gatifloxacin in intravenous drip, Bid. And then, a reasonable injection medication of gatifloxacin was explored. Methods 142 bacterial infection of patients are divided in to A, B groups randomly. A group adopted the 0.4 gram gatifloxacin used in intravenous drip slowly, Qd. B group adopted the 0.2 gram gatifloxacin used in intravenous drip slowly, Bid. The course of treatment is 7 - 10 days. Effective rates and bacterium clearance rate of 2 groups observed after one course of treatment, various kinds of medicamentous adverse reaction in the course of medication treatment, and actual medication time were compared between A and B group. Results The effective rate of group A vs group B was 93.59 % vs 87.5 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the bacterium clearance rate was 95.59% vs 87.27 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the actual medication time of A, B group respectively is 7.2 ＋ 0.9 vs 9.1 ＋ 1.7 （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the incidence rate of medicamentous adverse effect respectively was 7.69 % vs. 6.25 % （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Gatifloxacin treated bacterial infection in intravenous drip one day at a time is a reasonable medication schema, which is deserved to be generalized.
